this is a para build i made with the goal to do some pure damage and have a castershut down.
i'll first post the build and then explain it.

How it works:
You are supposed to have the shout can't touch this on you at all times. You can then use the signet of aggresion to boost your adrealine. To get 10 adrealine (needed for the elite) you need to cast your signet exactly 5 times. With the recharge and duration of the signet and can't touch this shout you'll need to cast can't touch this twice.
This is a nice way to charge up all adrealine skills before the battle even starts. After you're fully charged you have to remember that adrealine will vanish after 25 secs so you need to cast the signet at least once every 24 secs to keep you charged.
when you face enemy's, your goal is to take out the casters. Since not many of your enemy's will think you're fully charged already they might not yet cast there blocking skills. This will give you the adventage.
You need a condition on your target first to get dazed on it with your elite.
That's here blazing spear is for.
in general you can just play the build from left to right.
when target has around 500 hp you'll you might kill it in one go.
whenever you attack keep up flurry. This will make sure you attack fast enough to interupt almost every skill on your dazed target. And yes it does do -25% damage. But that only counts for your base weapon damage. and not for the additional damage from skills. And while the spear base damage is low already it doesn't influence you're damage output much, It might even increase your total damage output since you attack way faster.
Holy spear is nice for minions and spirits
Never surrender will be your only heal.
As i said you're supposed to keep up can't touch this at all times. This way you can use you're signets during fights (when dazed has worn off on the target) to build up adrealine even faster.
strenghts of this build:
It's able to shut down casters with dazing them and fast attack to keep them quite.
It also has can't touch this which is a very nice counter against Palm strike since. Altho the skill doesn't need to recharge they need to cast it 6 times on you before it works meaning they used up 30 energy.
It has the avantage of supprise.
Weaknesses:
only one heal wich isn't a very strong heal either. But it can be used on a group so that's nice.
when fight keeps going on you might end up with to less energy to keep up flurry. You're still able to fight tho only the attack rate will be a bit lower. Using the elite to daze while you have a para skill called spear swipe. This elite costs no energy tho and does more bonus damage.
