Weapon Swapping

Most classes/builds can benefit from the 40/40, but not all. You also have to be willing to weapon swap pretty frequently, so there's that.

Weapon swapping is a MUST people, get used to cancel-F2, cancel-F1. It's only 1 keystroke more per cast, and after you get used to it, it becomes subconscious anyway.

Energy on your high set is there to be used; use it. After your cast you switch back to +4 regen anyway, so that's only ~1second of half energy regen - which means you lost 0.66 energy.
Assuming you messed up your weapon swap, and sat there in your high set for ~2s, that's 1.33 energy you lost. Big deal, that's still only 0.66 or 1.33 energy out of the 42 that you're hiding - 42 energy which can't be e-denied and is regening at a rate of 1.33 per second.
