The other day i was buying jade again from my faction. However since i only sell it to the merchant i realized it's way better to spent my faction on scrolls to the Deep. Since for the same 5k faction needed to get one jade you can also get 5 scrolls. And these scrolls sell price to the rare scroll merchant is pretty much fixed at 100 gold.
So As long you can't get more then 500 gold from jade, or amber for that matter, it's better to invest in scrolls
. And that way there will be shit loads of scrolls available when the next Urgoz / Kanaxai event comes around ^^
