Well timed use of [[Wail of Doom] can be game winning. Try and maintain [[Deadly Paradox] for more casting, then just keep spiking stuff. Don't just pick random targets, try to follow what your team are hitting so you can put that little bit of extra pressure to force the kill and WoD to stop monks healing, or damage from doing any damage ^^.
