Off Hand item: Korvalds Chakram as it gives 12energy +30 Hp and +1 Domination.
If you cant get your hands on one of these any other domination off hand with a +30Hp and +12 energy is just as good.
UsageUse [wastrel's worry][wastrel's demise] followed by [psychic instability] the reason for the after you casted the npc will cast then u create an 3sec AoE KD
and they cant use any skills and take all of the dmg use [chaos storm] so the shrine can fall.
use [power drain] for energy management and [power return] when ever u see fit.
[empathy] is good for melee attackers as well as rangers,use [gaze of contempt] on Necro bombers as they cast [putrid bile] after that they jump to the shrine and die
TipsYou can kill enemy cariers just spam skills [wastrel's worry][wastrel's demise], This build also allows you to kill enemy caster as you have 3 interrupts and again use skill [wastrel's worry][wastrel's demise] to kill them.
When u hex rangers with [empathy] use [wastrel's worry][wastrel's demise] when you see them making a run for it.
